Jonathan Woo

Jon is a responsive leader who prioritizes the needs of his team, and his projects. He is a reliable subject matter expert for concrete and post-tensioned structures across RJC, and a trusted mentor to colleagues. In recognition of his mentorship, he was awarded the Rick Banman Mentorship Award.
His primary focus is in the evaluation, restoration, repair, and protection of concrete and post-tensioned structures. His expertise in this area, and past experience working with the City of Vancouver, make him a knowledgeable and valued project lead. His work spans from plazas to towers, helping clients extend the life of their structures.
Jon completed his Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Civil Engineering) and Masters of Engineering (Structural & Earthquake) at the University of British Columbia. He is actively involved in the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) serving as a Director of the British Columbia Chapter of ICRI, and as Past President. He is also currently a Director of the Board with the National ICRI organization. In 2020, he was the recipient of the ICRI’s Top 40 Under 40, recognizing his dedication to the concrete repair industry.
