Joseph is a driven, results-oriented team player who believes that active collaboration with project team members produces timely and efficient solutions that can satisfy both the client and the project. Joseph's ability to execute practical design is a result of the merger of his knowledge of classical engineering mechanics with his understanding of practical construction techniques. Innovative yet practical designs are the objective of his daily structural engineering practice.

Joseph has over a decade of progressive structural engineering experience covering a broad portfolio of signature projects. He has completed work across various sectors, including retail, office, residential, institutional, and heritage works. Notable projects include CIBC Square Toronto, Idea Exchange Old Post Office Cambridge, Square One Phase 1 Redevelopment Mississauga, and 401 Bay Street Simpson Tower Reclad Toronto.

Joseph graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and achieved his Master of Engineering at the University of Toronto with the structural specialist designation.
