RJC’s goals and values are demonstrated consistently through Nigel’s work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. He leads by example; demonstrating the importance of providing positive outcomes and the client experience during the delivery of our services.

Nigel has devoted his entire professional career to the field of structural restoration. His experience in structural restoration and assessment work includes cast-in-place, post-tensioned, and pre-cast concrete. Nigel has also focused on new construction waterproofing design, CSA S413 parking garage durability consulting, and the restoration and assessment of wood framed and structural steel structures.

Nigel completed his bachelor and master’s degrees at the University of Alberta. He is an active participant at a variety of industry networking and technical events such as the Sealants and Waterproofing Association of Ontario (SWAO), Building Concrete Restoration Association of Ontario (BCRAO), BOMO Toronto, International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Canadian Society of Civil Engineers (CSCE), and Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Nigel is a LEED® Accredited Professional with the specialty designation of Building Design and Construction.
