CPA elects RJC’s Sylvie Mercier to the 2018 Board of Directors

The Canadian Parking Association (CPA) welcomes RJC’s Sylvie Mercier from the Vancouver office as one of the newly elected Board of Directors. Sylvie, who started her career at RJC in 1992, began shifting her focus on parking planning and restoration of parkades in 2004.
