The signature of the structural design is the 3 meter-deep post-tensioned transfer girders at the roof of the podium, supported by six-storey-high slender columns.
This unique design creates the architectural expression of the residential tower sitting on the “table”.
This project was awarded the 2013 BILD Project of the Year and Hi-rise Design of the Year awards.
