In the heart of Vancouver's Chinatown, the 245 East Georgia site has been redeveloped into a nine storey, 40-unit rental building with retail at ground floor on the narrow 25 ft. city site.
The project utilizes a unique hybrid structural system featuring cold-formed steel with composite steel deck and load bearing steel stud framing as well as concrete core and shear walls on spread footings and micropiles.
