The 115,000 sq. ft. building includes 80 units of non-market shelter-rate housing and 62 market rental units with a below-grade restaurant designed by OSO Architecture.
To preserve Gastown’s historic culture and identity, the existing heritage façade was retained requiring temporary shoring during construction and permanent support for gravity and lateral loads.
