Located on West 5th Avenue in Mount Pleasant’s industrial area of East Vancouver, this four-storey 71,000 sq. ft. development was designed to accommodate both light industrial and office occupancy.

The development features a unitized curtain wall exterior incorporation fin shading.

Flat plate concrete post tensioned floor slabs were utilized to achieve a widely spaced column grid allowing tenants maximum flexibility.
