Phase II is the 13-storey podium, and Phase III will include the 45-storey rental apartment tower facing Jasper Avenue.
This development will provide 1,000+ residential units with floorplans that accommodate studio to three-bedroom suites, and amenities for residents including rooftop green space.The main floor will be dedicated commercial space and will house indoor access to the Corona LRT station.
