A portion of the centre was demolished and replaced with a new two-storey addition and the remainder was seismically upgraded and renewed to improve this much used community amenity.
The project features a new gymnasium, an expanded lobby and welcome area, five new multi-purpose rooms, new and upgraded fitness and conditioning studios, a pool upgrade, new family and universal change rooms, outdoor play space and additional amenity and community social space.
RJC provided structural engineering, as well as natatorium consulting services regarding renovations to the upgrade of the swimming pool.
