Existing roofing systems included modified bitumen membranes and built up roofing systems.
Roofing replacement consisted of the wholesale removal of the existing roof assemblies (including flashings) down to the existing structural deck, as well as the removal and disposal of existing aggregate.
The new roofing assembly consisted of a conventional 2-ply modified bitumen membrane “white roof” system complete with new insulation, membrane flashings, metal flashings, and other accessories.
