RJC Announcement - COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan
- Details
Dedicated to Client Service – We are here to help
As we continue to monitor and adjust to a rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we are adapting to allow RJC Engineers to continue to provide excellent service, while safeguarding our people, clients, colleagues and communities.
Your projects and operations are extremely important to us. Our teams will continue to support our clients and their projects throughout this difficult time.
Business Continuity - We remain operational
Working Flexibly
We recognize the importance of working together to ‘flatten the curve’ and reduce the spread of COVID-19. We need to help keep our people, industry partners and communities healthy while maintaining our businesses. To do so we will continue to take direction on all precautions from Canadian and world health organizations and government authorities.
To ensure we continue to support you, while working safely, we have implemented remote working capabilities to encourage social distancing. All employees are fully enabled to work remotely with access to all critical software, resources and collaborative tools without interruption.
Office, Meeting and Site Requirements
We understand that some elements of our work can’t be done remotely and our offices will remain open to allow that work to continue. All face-to-face meetings at our offices will be rescheduled to accommodate phone or video conferencing. Essential face-to-face meetings outside our offices can be accommodated but phone or video conferencing is strongly preferred.
We will continue to visit sites that are operational as per our regular practice. We will respect the policies and guidelines that you share relating to attendance at your premises.
Ongoing Support
We anticipate further announcements and guidance from government authorities on their response to COVID-19. This situation remains fluid, and we will continue to be responsive in adapting our business to follow recommendations.
If you have any questions or concerns related to the steps we are taking, or the continued provisions of our services, please do not hesitate to contact RJC. If there is anything we can do to assist you in meeting your obligations to your employees, tenants, or clients, please let us know.
We are deeply grateful to the public health organizations and frontline workers. We hope that you, your families, and colleagues remain safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Scott Wallace, P.Eng.
